Design:

We custom design and build everything to our customers specifications.  We provide electrical design , panel fabrication, PLC programming, and HMI interfaces.  Our designs are done using AutoCAD and Promise-E software.  This powerful design software is flexible enough to allow us to match your current drawing specifications .  This will make it easier for your engineering and maintenance associates to adjust to the new equipment.  All drawings have complete cross referencing, cable, connector, terminal pin and panel layouts.

Fabrication:

We provide complete machine, electrical control panel, and metal fabrication.   Machining of small to large mechanical parts allows us to provide modifications to current equipment.

Troubleshooting:

We can provide you with on site machine troubleshooting.  We can solve your problems with electrical controls, hydraulic - pneumatic systems, machine mechanical and reoccurring problems.

Installation:

We provide complete installation.  This allows us to provide you with a turn key solution for all your control and machine automation needs. We can take care of all power supply requirements, install and set machinery, connect, and terminate all field devices.

Machine Relocation - Refurbishment:

Need a machine moved or setup?  We have relocated machines all over the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.  We can handle the shipping and provide complete tear down and setup of your equipment.  Refurbishment of equipment can also be done on your plant floor or during a machine move.
